Processing and Handling
Your order will be processed, pulled, packed and labeled within one business day of placing your order. If there are circumstances that prevent us from that one business day turn around you will be notified via an email from info@boardhavengames.com. 

Shipping
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout to best serve your needs and do our best to offer you the most accurate shipping prices possible. We will ship out orders based on the level of shipping that you have chosen and send tracking info to the email that was used to place the order as soon as we print the label. Free Shipping
We offer free economy shipping on any orders in the Contiguous United States over $99. At checkout you will see that option along with other shipping options. If you choose not to use the "Free Shipping" option you are willingly opting out of free shipping for a quicker shipping method. We reserve the right to choose the most economical shipping available to us when "Free Shipping" is selected and the carrier that we choose will vary.
